    Dear ISA Members:

    HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope this memorandum finds you still safe, strong, and in good condition of health where you reside. On behalf of the Executive Management Team, I write to provide you updates on the measures we are putting in place for the 2021 Annual Conference and Business Meeting scheduled for June 17-19, 2021 (Attachment a). We continue to move as the masquerade moves, in order the better to watch it and enjoy its dancing.

    Postponement of the ISA 2020 Enugu Annual International Conference and Business Meeting, due to COVID-19

    To All ISA Members:

    I hope this memorandum finds you safe, strong, and healthy. Life’s complications abound at home and at work. Today, as parents cum teachers, we are remotely doing our best to help students take their classes virtually, a drastic shift in orientation that has placed enormous demands of time, effort and new technology on teachers and students alike.

    Professor Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, Keynote Speaker, 18th Igbo Studies Association Annual International Conference, Enugu, Nigeria

    Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, is a Law Professor, the Dean of Law, Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria (UNN) until 1st August 2020 and currently the Head, Department of Public Law. She specializes on human rights, public international law, in particular, the rights of women and children in Africa.  Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, the winner of the National Human Rights Award (2019) holds a Ph.D. (Nig.), LLM (London), LL.B. (Nig.), BL, Diploma, Peace & Conflict Resolution (Uppsala).
